妊娠濕疹

懷胎期間,孕婦的身體會因為荷爾蒙大幅波動而出現很多變化,其中以皮膚問題最為常見,例如「妊娠濕疹」!患者會於腹部、大腿和手腳等部位出現紅腫疹點,痕癢難耐,令準媽媽們苦不堪言!



「妊娠濕疹」源自脾虛。孕婦多見脾虛濕重,水濕尤其停滯在腹部,影響身體機能運化。當水濕累積到不能接受的水平,身體就會透過皮膚將廢水排出,也就形成了妊娠濕疹。


要預防或對付妊娠濕疹,孕婦除了要忌冰凍生冷食物,平時也可以多吃淮山、扁豆、雲苓等健脾利濕食物。


另外,洗澡時水溫也不宜過高,應維持在攝氏37至41度。太熱的水會蒸發皮膚水分,令濕疹情況更嚴重。洗澡後,應用毛巾輕輕印走水分,在皮膚仍然微濕時,塗抹無香料、無酒精的潤膚產品。


要舒緩濕疹痕癢,可以煲芫茜水、艾葉水或金銀花水,放涼之後作洗身之用,能將積於體表的水濕驅散出來,皮膚的壓力也自然減少。
