1) Chop a piece of pig fore knuckle into smaller pieces, clean it and place the pig fore knuckle in boiling water with spring onion and ginger.

2) Soak the ingredients for15 minutes, then remove them from the water and dry them.

3) Place all ingredients and 3 slices of ginger with the pig fore knuckle in the pot and add 6 bowls of water (250c.c. per bowl) and heat until boiling; then

4) Use mild fire to cook into 1 bowl after the water starts boiling.
