Return & Exchange Policy
Refund / Replacement of Damaged Order
- Customer is advised to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any damages or deficiencies. We have the right to reject any complaints after the delivery day.
- Please do not accept the delivery if there is an issue and contact our Customer Service Department via hotline immediately.
- If the customer received a wrong product, we reserve the right to request the wrong product to be returned.
- Cancellation/Refund is not accepted after delivery.
- Customers who want to cancel order after payment and before product delivery, 10% of the order amount OR HKD100(the higher one) would be charged as service charge.
