Payment Method

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Via PayDollar:Accept Visa / Master /Paypal/UnionPay/ Alipay (Not allowed to pay over 4999 for Alipay)
  • Via PayPal:AcceptVisa / Master / Discover / AE / Paypal account
  • Via Bank Transfer - Transfer payment to our bank account (HSBC) 004-502-343-817001, please send the bank-in slip and invoice number to us by email for confirmation. (Email: eshop@healthplus.com.hk). For overseas client, please note that payer will be responsible for all bank charges involved.

Online payment service is provided by PayDollar and PayPal. Customers' payment details are securely transmitted to the acquiring bank, card and payment companies for real-time transaction authorization using Extended Validation Certificates (EV) SSL transaction encryption.

Ordering

  • Upon our receipt of your order, an order reference number would be automatically generated for further order processing.
  • Your order is deemed to be accepted at the time we send you the Order Confirmation through e-mail specifying the order reference number, order details, total amount. Order is for personal, non-commercial use only.

Payment

  • Online payment service is provided by PayDollar.
  • All sales prices are in Hong Kong dollars and do not include any delivery charges, taxes or duties. You will be responsible for paying all delivery charges, taxes and customs duties charged upon customs clearance.
  • All payments are accepted in Hong Kong dollars only. If you are outside Hong Kong, your payment will be settled in Hong Kong dollars according to the prevailing exchange rate at your local bank.

Delivery within Hong Kong

  • Delivery charge is subject to the location and total package weight. Free shipping for purchases of HK$400 or more.
  • We will ship the order within around 7 business days from the date of email confirmation note. Orders will be shipped via Hong Kong Post. Arrival time is not guaranteed and it will be based on regions of destination. If there is sufficient inventory, order will be handled in the afternoon if it is placed before 12 noon. Order will be handled in the next day morning if it is placed after 12noon. For online tracking, please enter the waybill number in the logistic company's official website http://www.sf-express.com. In case of out of stock, you will be contacted by phone or email to determine the final delivery time.
  • Each order can be delivered to one location only.
  • If your order cannot be successfully delivered, we will inform you by e-mail.
  • Delivery cannot be arranged if only P.O. Box address is provided.
  • Please sign on the Delivery Note to acknowledge receipt of your order in good and intact condition.

Delivery to Macau

  • Delivery charge is subject to the location and total package weight. Free shipping for purchases of HK$800 or more.
  • We will ship the order within around 7 business days from the date of email confirmation note. Arrival time is not guaranteed and it will be based on regions of destination. If there is sufficient inventory, order will be handled in the afternoon if it is placed before 12 noon. Order will be handled in the next day morning if it is placed after 12noon. Prior to shipping, couriers will contact you for confirmation and will notify you the estimated delivery time. In case of out of stock, you will be contacted by phone or email to determine the final delivery time.Each order can be delivered to one location only.
  • Please retain at least 14 days for delivery.

Delivery to China

  • Delivery charge is subject to the location and total package weight. Free shipping for purchases of HK$500 or more.
  • We will ship the order within around 7 business days from the date of email confirmation note.

Delivery to Overseas

  • We also provide delivery service for overseas customers while the delivery charge is subjected to the location and total package weight.
  • Customers are able to enjoy free shipping by purchasing HKD5,000 or above with limited conditions. Extra charges will be billed to the customer in the following conditions:
  1. Shopping cart includes any products contain liquid like: detergents, shampoo, drinks, etc.
  2. Total weight of products over 7kg
  3. Remote regions, where the delivery charge over HKD500

Customers will enjoy free delivery when the delivery charge within HKD500. Once the above reasons causing the delivery charge over HKD500, the extra part of the total delivery charge will be billed to the customer by our customer service office. We will contact the customers by email or phone to explain for the reason of extra payment. Once the payment is settled, we will ship the goods.

  • Customers who want to pick up the goods in faster ways can choose these 3 extra methods (for detail and pricing, please contact us):

  3. We also accept other delivery service providers offered by the customers, such as DHL and FedEx. Customer can provide us their account information for delivery while the clients has to pay for the whole delivery charge.

Price

  • Our Company shall make every effort to ensure that the prices, details, and sizes of the products are correct but our company reserves the right to update the price and other details of the products without notice.
  • The prices advertised on our company website are for online shopping only. Prices for some products may differ from those charged at the retail stores. The price of certain products is subject to market fluctuation and it is offered for guidance or reference only. The final selling price is confirmed in the order confirmation by our company.

Refund / Replacement of Damaged Order

  • Customer is advised to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any damages or deficiencies. We have the right to reject any complaints after the delivery day.
  • Please do not accept the delivery if there is an issue and contact our Customer Service Department via hotline immediately.
  • If the customer received a wrong product, we reserve the right to request the wrong product to be returned.
  • Cancellation/Refund is not accepted after delivery.
  • Customers who want to cancel order after payment and before product delivery, 10% of the order amount OR HKD100(the higher one) would be charged as service charge.

Liability for Loss, Damage or Delay

In respect of missing, damaged and/or delayed deliveries, enquiries shall only be accepted within 1 month from which the package was shipped.

However, no compensation or postage refund is payable in case of:

1. Delay or confiscation result from customs clearance (Customs clearance will be counted as full day)

2. Sending items to the following destinations: Armenia , Kyrgyzstan , Macedonia , Moldova (Republic of), Mongolia , Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan (Republic of)

3. The parcel is retained/confiscated by the Customs

4. Delay, loss or damage caused by disaster, political risk, strike, nuclear explosion or war

Force Majeure

If the performance by our company of its obligations is prevented by reason of "force majeure" which shall include prevention occasioned by fire, casualty, accident, act of God, natural disaster, any law, order, proclamation, regulation, demand or requirement of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or of any of its government agencies, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour or lack of skilled labour, shortage or unavailability of products or raw materials, delay in transit or other causes whatsoever (whether similar to the foregoing or not) beyond the reasonable control of Our Company, Our Company shall be excused from such performance to the extent of such prevention, and Our Company shall have no liability whatsoever towards the Customer.

Our company is not liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure is as a result beyond reasonable control of our company or Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, unavailability of products or raw materials, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service, delay in transit or other causes whatsoever (whether similar to the foregoing or not). No party is entitled to terminate this Agreement in such circumstances.

General

  • The submission of your order means that you understand and have accepted our Online Shopping Policies.
  • All items are available while stock lasts. No prior notice will be given if any items are sold-out.
  • We reserve the right to amend and revise our sales prices, delivery charges and online shopping policies from time to time without prior notice.
  • Your transactions with the HealthPlus website (www.healthplus.com.hk) are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
  • You agree to submit any disputes from these transactions to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
  • HealthPlus reserves the right to make final decisions in case of any disputes.
