Usage:
Soak the ingredients in clean water for 15 minutes, then remove them from the water and dry them. Remove the fat from a chicken, a black-bone chicken or a duck (the best option) and chop the chicken or duck into smaller pieces. Place the chicken or duck and the ingredients in a stewing mug together with 1 bowl (250c.c. per bowl) of water. Stew for 3 hours after the water starts boiling
